In this episode, Jeremy interviews Todd Stiles.Todd Stiles is the founding pastor of First Family Church in Ankeny, Iowa. Planted in 2004 from a core group of just 6 people, First Family has grown to over 800 people in 2 campuses and mobilized the efforts of teams for four church plants, both local and international. He is the author of six books and numerous articles as well as a church-based Church Planting Catalyst for the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and the Baptist Convention of Iowa (BCI). Todd is the Vice President of the Board for the Friendship Center, a ministry to the poverty-impacted community in central Iowa.

  2. You founded First Family Church, which has grown to one of the most influential churches in the midwest. What are some keys to church growth you’ve experienced? Is there anything about not being in the south that has caused you to lead the church differently?
  3. You’re going through a major shift in thought pertaining to multiplication. What does that look like for you?
  4. As a church planter, who has led the same ministry for a long time, if you could speak one key word of advice into younger church leaders who are listening right now, what would you encourage them to implement in their life?
