- Give us a little background on your life and ministry. For those not familiar with Brian Jones, where are you from, what is your family like, and what do you do?
- You and I both have something in common: We’re both very regimented with our schedules and time management, especially pertaining to sermon preparation. A lot of our listeners struggle with getting their sermons written in a timely manner, where it doesn’t hang over their heads. You recently wrote an article, How to Finish Your Sermons by Noon Monday. I absolutely loved it. How do you do that?
- Most pastors struggle with evangelism because they’re stuck in a Christian bubble. We are around Christians all of the time. You’ve developed a thorough strategy called “Leadership Evangelism.” Very practically, how do you do that?
- Just from reading your website, and listening to you preach, I can tell you are a very disciplined person. Being a successful leader, especially as a senior pastor, requires discipline. What are some keys in your life to being a disciplined person?
